Within a beautiful country setting, offering scenic sunsets over the local lake which is abundant with bird life, the newly renovated Meadow Green Restaurant situated in African Pride’s Irene Country Lodge, is a fine dining experience like no other.
Well known amongst both local and international diners, this fine-dining restaurant boasts 120 seats, an enclosed veranda and a walk-in glass wine fridge which contains some exciting ‘Vins de garage wines’ amongst its international selection.
For diners who prefer to order from A la carte menu, the restaurant caters to every palate with a strong focus on well-matured meats to health-conscious choices for vegetarians and vegans alike.
Although breakfast and lunch are also served. its the Meadow Green Restaurant’s scrumptious live cooking station dinners and famous Sunday Lunches that draw diners to it.
Our Saturday Night Live Menu allows for guests to be served from the live cooking station. Our resident pianist performs her sultry ” Norah Jones and company” whilst our diligent staff cater to your every need. The entire experience is an interactive Chef’s station where you can see foods being freshly cooked while you relax and enjoy our spectacular range of wines on offer by the glass from our vinoteque walk-in cellar.
